Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items Most items are eligible for return, with the following exceptions:
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at blingmine87@gmail.com or use the chat feature within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges where possible. Please contact us to check availability before returning your item.
